I went to view one of my 3 tivos tonight (Philips 704) and there was no guide data.
The tivo couldn't even tell me what was currently playing on live tv.
It appears to me it may have lost it last Thursday after a Service call. The system shows the call was made Thursday. I record the local news on that Tivo and the last recording was Thursday.
I've got a message that says it's now acquiring data. I thought the guide data was loaded every day during the early morning hours.
Two questions:
1. How often is the guide data loaded?
2. Should I reboot or wait for the guide data to catch up?
I've been recording Survivor on Outdoor Life and tomorrow is 3 more shows I'd like to record. Guess I could record on one of the others.
