Tivo-To-Go does not work with directivos. Music and photos works, but you can't transfer video content. You'll need to use tytools, mfs_ftp or even TySuite J for that. Look over on the "other forum."
No DVR's available on the network
I have RCA DVR40 that I have upgraded the drive on and installed the zipper tool.
Everything is working perfectly except I cannot transfer the shows from the DVR to the Tivo Desktop. I can transfer photos and music so I know the network is working. When I select "Pick recordings to transfer" I get the message that there is no DVR's on the network. I am running version 6.2a on the Directv Tivo and have tried versions 2.1 and 2.3a of Tivotogo. I know that the latest version of tivotogo doesn't work with this patch. The old drive is starting to go bad and would like to use this tool to save my shows if this works.
