No Channel Program Data

My TIVO Roamio works fine, but the channel program info doesn't populate. All channels have the correct network logo, but the program info just says "to be announced". Network Settings tells me my service connection failed and trouble shooting says my router cannot be found. How can I get my channel information to populate?

Is this a new Roamio or the one you have had since 2016?

Have you tried to find the router with the Roamio's wireless?
Pull the power cord and reboot, make sure the network settings are OK and try a net connect and see if that helps.
