Forgive me if this is somewhere noticeably asked already and point me in the right direction please.
I have an original Phillips TiVo and I've NEVER had any problems with it. The other day the sound went out. Video works fine, and when the TiVo is off the audio works fine on my tv. I have rebooted, power cycled, phone updated, and replaced all the cords now and nothing has changed. It was fine one morning and then when I got home from work, nada.
Ideas? Help? Thanks!
