I am pretty new to this kind of stuff so, please bear with me. I Have a Tivo Series 2 on a wireless network and when I transfer the recording from Tivo to my Computer I only get the video portion and not the Audio. Tivo help Center said it is a Codec problem. I have a problem with that because it worked okay before. I previously experienced a problem which required me to reset the system. Now I experience the problem with no audio. If it is a codec problem where can I get an audio codec. I have Windows Media Player 10. Can anyone please advise me where to go from here and what to try next. Thank you in advance.
