[My apologies if this is a known issue. I'm new to this forum and my searches didn't turn up any results.]

I have a OnePass that's supposed to record all new NFL games broadcast in my area via my service provider (Xfinity). During the 2019 season this OnePass worked fine, but I've noticed in 2020 that some of the games aren't being recorded (e.g. two of yesterday's games), and some of next week's games aren't showing up in my To Do list.

If I go to one of the games that's not scheduled to record and select "Create OnePass", it requires me to select one of the two teams that are playing in order to create a new OnePass. But I don't want to record games for only one team -- I want to record all of the NFL games.

I called TiVo Support and the customer service rep seemed to imply that the current behavior is by design, which seems dubious at best, esp. since this OnePass worked successfully in the past.

For the time being I have worked around the problem by creating a Wishlist Search for "NFL Football", and it seems to be catching all of the upcoming games, but based on my past experience, there is risk that this won't record games that are listed in the guide under different names (e.g. "Sunday Night Football").

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

My config:
TiVo Bolt, purchased new 8/2019
Software 21.10.1
Xfinity Premier Pro with CableCard
3 TiVo Minis connected via Ethernet or MoCa

P.S. On a separate note, when TiVo does record the games, it sometimes also simultaneously records the Spanish-language version from ESPN Deportes. This didn't seem to happen in 2019 and is only a minor annoyance as long as it's not taking up a tuner I need for something else.

If you uncheck that channel from the Channels list, then it won't record from it.
Also, press Guide, then A, Channels: My Channels (will not show unchecked channels.)

Create an automatically record Wishlist with the titles of each show name as optional.

Font Material property Gadget Display device Electric blue

I'm OTA, so my list includes these show title keywords:
(NFL Football)
(Sunday Night Football)
(Thursday Night Football)
(NFL Playoff)
(Super Bowl)

The games will then all appear in a folder with whatever name you give your wishlist.

Also, don't forget to add time to the end of the recording in the recording options.

I have this problem as well. For the past few years my Tivo has flawlessly recorded all NFL games on all channels for me. Now it only records Sunday Night Football on NBC. I, too, have Comcast. I have tried everything—deleted One Passes and recreated them, used the wishlist and so on. Nothing works.

When my One Pass is set up,I get no notification in the guide that a game is to record (no check marks), but if, from the guide, I hit ‘ok’, then I see that my NFL Football one pass knows this is to be recorded (shows two check marks), but the show does not record.

The wishlist doesn’t do anything except take up space on the One Pass list. The NFL football one pass (created from the guide) says it has 9 upcoming shows to record. However, they don’t record, and they don’t show up in the ToDo List.

My software version is 21.10.1.v8-USC-11-849, which clearly sucks.

Other than dumping Tivo forever, any suggestions?

Your ARWL does not have the right keywords, IMO. Mine gets everything.

Title Keyword: (Night Football, NFL Football, NFL Playoff)
Category: Sports: Sports Event

These are in parens because they are set as optional - i.e. one of them has to be there.

Also (important because of Tivo's crappy guide data) - set recording options to New and Repeats, not New Only. You'll get some NFL Network reruns if you have that network, just delete or cancel them.

+1 I just missed the first mnf game tonight. I'd been planning to watch all day :(

We absolutely need to fix this?

I bought a 6 tuner version because we lost ability to prioritize channels for nfl. Now it's not even recording!

The challenge with ARWL is then it's always recording the re-runs on the NFL network? (and in the past, it records "classic" old games too).

Do I have to remove NFL network from "my channels"? Now that Thursday night football is on broadcast I guess I can, but when the primary job of my TiVo is to record football, you'd think we could do better...

My ARWL picked that up no problem. I wish it hadn't because the 'Boys are terrible.

I've now seen this problem with my ARWL for the games upcoming this weekend, and it's happening because I have the Sports: Sports Event category to only get games and not all the pre/post game junk on NFLN. None of the Sunday/Monday games would record if I keep that category.

This is definitely some sort of guide data issue because the games are set in that category when I look at them individually, but for some reason the ARWL is not picking them up. I deleted that category and they all showed as upcoming. Unfortunately now I'll have to add more keywords to ignore to not record the junk.

Hello from November 2021. This bug with recording NFL games still exists, wth? My TiVo bolt fails to record about half the games each weekend. When I go into manually record the missing games, the guide info indicates that this game will be picked up as part of my one pass, but clearly that does not happen. I have Comcast, and one thing I see is that it seems to ignore my local Fox affiliate. How good is an NFL football pass if you ignore Fox? Can't believe that no one seems to be able to fix this problem.

And, like others have said the NFL pass worked perfectly for me in 2019. It stopped working in 2020 and continues to not work correctly today.
