It's pretty, but still suffers from what's always been TCOs most annoying weakness (well, besides it's sluggish response time), listing every channel from both my providers, instead of only the boxes"channels you receive". In my case the grid is over 20 pages, probably more than 4 times what it needs to be.

Agreed...sluggish for me, too. And, I gotta think before it goes public, they'll have the option to select which channels from your provider (or just select your TiVo Favorites) are displayed. Remember, this is beta.

The grid is beta, but TCO is not. It's been production for years without the ability to limit channels to CYR and had a couple of facelifts that haven't added it. Sure, this may be the one that finally does, but there's no particular reason to think it's any more likely this time.

Wow! Thanks for the headsup on tv.yahoo.com. This has been what I've been looking for. The only improvement I would make is for them to make some sort of notation/icon on shows we already have listed to record so we don't duplicate. Also, an online list of your to do list would suffice.

One of the BIG problems with the Yahoo TV listings is that it doesn't update the grid as time goes by (same for TVGuide and Titan). On Excite TV listings, every time another hour passes, the grid updates. I haven't found in the Yahoo TV listing prefs where that is available, so, everytime I sit back down at the computer and look at that page, I have to reload it. I use tabs extensively (using FF), so I keep, like about a dozen different Web pages open all the time. It may not be an issue for folks who don't use tabbed browsing.
