New Tivo Elite is auto rebooting

Ok I've had my Elite up and going for 2 days. Like to never got the M-Card to work, took two Charter installers 2 Service calls to the house 10 Calls to Charter Tier 2 and around 6 call to tivo tech support. But got it up and going problem is it rebooting about ever 2 hours. Not sure if it's got all the software updates yet. Thanks for any help.
