I'm new to TIVO. Just purchased a new Bolt+. The first one arrived bricked. Second one arrived and it's been nightmare since. It's been a blame game back and forth between TiVo and Charter Spectrum. I'm on my 10th cable card and tuner. The card pairs with the TIVO and getting CP auth. After that I get a few premium channels but none of the basic cable channels that the switched tuner provides. Charter finally brought their on TiVo and it worked first time after plugging in. They even took my cable card and plugged it into their TiVo with my tuner and all the basic channels worked without any pairing needed. They were using a TiVo Romeao. Is there something I'm missing or is it just that the Bolt is bad and needs replacing again.
