Just disconnect your HR10-250 from the satellite and you'll be able to watch its current recordings just fine. You might even want to keep it active after you get a new HD DVR.

I have to put on new roof so might as well up grade, need a tel number or something that wont keep me on hold all day, can I keep the old unit working till I need the new unit for the new hds stations
