I'm about to put a new power supply in my Series 2 Tivo (old one is working, but it is making an extremely irritating high pitched sound that won't go away).

What, if any, data and/or settings will I lose when I replace it? Will I have to redo all my season passes, thumbs up/down...etc, like I had to when I replaced the hard drive?

You shouldn't lose anything at all.

All of your data is on the hard drive. Replacing the power supply will have the same effect as unplugging the Tivo and then restoring power. In other words, nothing will happen.
