New desktop 2.2 Windows No Disk error

:confused: I have been trying for weeks to install Tivo To Go ver. 2.2 on my home computer. It installs fine then when I open the program a WINDOWS NO DISK error pops up and you cannot get it to go away no matter how many times you attempt to close it. I can move it to the bottom of the screen, but my computer will still not find my tivos. I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it many times. I never had this problem before I upgraded on home machine. I installed 2.2 on my laptop and it seems to work fine. PLEASE HELP.
