I'm trying to resurrect two old TCD746320 TiVos with lifetime service. I got my two Bolts working fine. Can you send an image for the TCD746320? I moved three years ago to a rural area where I could only get satellite (horrible). Now I have an OTA antenna and get over 40 HD channels, so I have reactivated my last two generations of TiVos sitting idle for over three years. For some reason, the two Premieres are in boot loops.

TiVo Corp's "thinking ahead" policy:

For some (known only to TiVo Corp) reason, TiVo didn't bother to 'test' / verify / ensure that *ALL* previous versions of the TiVo OS would be able to update themselves, when instructed to by TiVo Corp via a Network Connection, to the latest version of the TiVo OS. So, somewhere around TE3 version 20.4.x, IIRC, Premieres (and older, I 'assume' ) couldn't update themselves and had to be 'Zero-filled' and then re-written from a local, external source, like a PC, with an image using DVRBars (Thank You @ggieseke ).

He fulfills *DOZENS* of requests a month - just give him a day or less to 'check in'.
