I am trying to re-run guided setup but having issues with my Sony TV (KD690X690E) as I can't see the screen in order to use the remote. I can't get the Sony TV to display the HDMI port in anything other than 1080P, I can't seem to figure if you can change the resolution via the TV.
Once the setup completes on the order TV, I then go back connect to this Sony where I can lower the resolution to get everything working again.
I was able to resolve by using an older TV but was wondering if there some type of workaround for doing this in the future. I eventually want to get rid of this older Sony from 2014.
