It's a hacked DVR-80, and it worked fine for a few months, now I get no channels and it says to call customer service. and if I look in messages it says there is a hardware problem and to reboot, which I have done a few times.
Any ideas? Is it ok to call customer service if you have a hacked Tivo, or will they disown you or something if they find out it's hacked?
