They really blur the image anytime the director is on screen.

I love the 3 women with Gibbs in the office and they say "you mean that look? seen it" including Mann. Great moment, and yeah.. I'll admit it, I cried as I realized what that tape was (I guessed right away what it was after the first few notes)
