My Tivo (Roamio Plus) is not scheduling any One Pass recordings that have been working fine for years. I've rebooted, made a connection, etc but no luck. I updated the firmware two days ago. Also, four channels have been incorrectly replaced. I filled-in the form about the wrong line up but those One Pass programs are still shown correctly in the Guide but not being scheduled or recorded. I'm on a life-time plan so it's not for lack of payment. I filled-in a TiVo service request. Thoughts?

It's probably not related if no one else is encountering the problem but wanted to list all changes that had occurred.
The least harmful reset is the CPI&TDL. Nothing is lost and it takes about an hour. You may have received some bad guide data. Also, I have never had a channel change without a message from TiVo.

If the guide is not correct, it might not record 1P's, right? I know this because the guide data sucks lately and when it gets real bad, things don't record...:D

Of course, what do I know? :)

Clear Program Information and To Do List. They will be rebuilt. The History folder should have reason something failed to record, but it gets flushed by the CPI&TDL, so check it first.

Clearing Program Info will do nothing if an incorrect lineup change occurred. Only contacting TiVo can reverse that. (Unless you find another lineup you can select during Guided Setup which is correct)

Clearing the program info will only correct an issue with malformed data which is causing your guide not to update.
