Early this morning i had a power outage, and when I plug the TV back on, It was booting up, but the screen kept on flashing on and off, and all the lights on the Tivo are blinking, What could it be?

Not format, but it needs a model matching image 'implanted' on the drive.

There's no error number. I'm restarting the Tivo Premiere now.
for other connection errors, tivo online support suggests removing the network connection, allowing tivo to run for 2-3 days without connecting, then reconnecting the network. i would probably attempt a cpi&tdl prior to this suggestion to see if it resolves any guide data errors.

a word of warning if the drive is failing, continuing to troubleshoot might trigger a complete failure, so now might be a good time to do a backup before moving forward.

I don't think that's gonna work, It keeps failing the connection test with failed while negotiation and no error code.
if it's connecting, but failing while negotiating, then it might work, but you won't know until you try.

please look at my response in your other thread, and test it to see if it works.

You may also want to try cycling power on your modem, router, and Tivo. Unplug all three, then plug in the modem and let it power and connect on fully; then plug in the router and let it power on and connect fully; then plug in your Tivo.

*But* you say *It cannot be the modem or router; all my other devices are working fine!*

Yes, but sometimes weird network stuff happens, especially after a power outage when things come on all at once. Restarting all three may clear up whatever the nagging issue is with the Tivo. Worst case scenario is that you waste 15 minutes and you're right back where you started.
