My tivo is missing

So Last week i decided to get my self a tivo. Got a great deal from my employer for a TivoHD and wireless adapter. Ordered it on tivos site and all is well. Delivery date yesterday, track it on UPS site yesterday (friday) it was delivered!! I was so excited, i didn't get home until saturday morning and.... NO ups delivery. Family said they never got a delivery, nothing at the neighbors, nothing at any of the doors. Called Tivo and now its in the hands of Tivo "CSI" as the customer service lady called it. So there is my sad story

What do you mean "Got a great deal from my employer for a TiVoHD..."?

must be one of those pages for special deals just for some company or group. Usually some body finds the URL though I have not heard of one lately.

Call UPS it would be faster to find out what happened !

UPS won't say anything other than that their records show it was delivered. It's up to the shipper (TiVo) to start an investigation with UPS. My guess is that since it was left unattended overnight, someone walked off with it. UPS isn't liable for that unless it was shipped signature-required.

Actually, yes, they are. If UPS leaves a package unattended, it goes missing, and they can't locate it, they are liable for the full insured value of the package (or $100 if no value was declared). Any refund would be issued to the shipper and it would be up to them to issue a refund to your or to reship another package.

Find out the address it was delivered to by UPS, make sure it was your address. I had a problem with that in the past I had to go to a store near me to retrieve my UPS package. UPS would have done for me but my way was quicker.
