Salt in the wound. They offered me an replacement for $39 several months ago.
Yeah... OUCH! I've been with TiVo since at least 2007. You'd think they'd have had a better offer for me.Salt in the wound.![]()
i've recently decided to avoid using "tivo" and "better" in the same sentence.Yeah... OUCH! I've been with TiVo since at least 2007. You'd think they'd have had a better offer for me.
What's your asking price, all-in (including UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail)?I have a never used A9300 sitting in the original box in my closet. I think I purchased it as a refurb, but ended up not needing it. I was thinking about ebaying it in the next week or two, but if it could help you out we could chat![]()
They sold you a Mini Lux for $39?They offered me an replacement for $39 several months ago.
You could call back again and see if you get a better offer.Headline tells the tale. My Mini has died and the best that TiVo customer support will do is give me $25 off of a $200 Mini Lux. I'm happy with the A93 and would like to replace it if possible. Offers? Thoughts? Suggestions?
Thanks.
Yes they did. No remote was included, but I have a stockpile. The surprising thing is I had purchased the Mini less than 6 months prior on ebay. They sold you a Mini Lux for $39?
My $39 refurb VOX came sans remote *or* power adapter. I let the absent VOX Remote slide (unintentional pun allowed to remain), but convinced them that the power adapter from the dead Mini v2 wasn't spec'd to support a Mini VOX, and subsequently received the power supply, as well.Yes they did. No remote was included, but I have a stockpile. The surprising thing is I had purchased the Mini less than 6 months prior on ebay.
