my bolt has been unable to connect to the tivo service for the last two days

I am having a few issues ... Spinning blue circle, a few connection failures but it finally completes after a few tries, slow overall performance. I wonder if their servers are the issue. Not happy with the direction Tivo is heading with all these issues!
