Get a second 4x8 multiswitch and run four lines from the first 4x8 multiswitch to the second. This will give you 12 outputs. If you ever need more than 12 you will have to get high frequency splitters that pass DC on one leg and split each of the lines from the dish and plug them into the corresponding inputs on both multiswitches.
