No. The TiVo Premiere can only tune a maximum of two channels at a time regardless of the source.

With a multi card two channels and an OTA antenna (one channel) can you record three at once with a TIVO premiere??

No, Tivo Premiere only has 2 tuners, to record in combination of cable and antenna, so either 2 cable, 2 antenna or 1 of each. Cable cards are not tuners, but its similar to decryption devices.
Theoretically I suppose it might be able to simultaneously record 2 shows, copy a third from another TiVo or computer running TiVo Desktop, and let you watch something that comes in via the Internet, like Netflix or Hulu or something.With a multi card two channels and an OTA antenna (one channel) can you record three at once with a TIVO premiere??
