I've been very patient but am growing tired of the stuttering and pixelation problem on my S3. So impatient that I'm going to attempt to live without a DVR in the living room until I hear that the problem has been fixed.

If I want to remove one of the cable cards from my Tivo and put it directly in my TV will I have any problems? I'm mildly concerned that it will require a phone call to my cable co, Buckeye Cable in NW Ohio/SE Michigan. The problem there is that they are adamit that any cable card installs be done by their techs at the tune of $100 per card.
