I recently found that my channel guide changed significantly. Wrong times, some channels had no guide info, English channels had Spanish descriptions, etc.
I've talked to useless CSRs in the past and filled out the TiVo form in the past. Neither went well or worked out well.
Just wondering if any of you also had numerous guide info changes to make and how did you get it accomplished. Is there an "English" speaking customer service number that you used.
