At first, I was taken aback by your accusation. So I did some research:Why don't you just keep your previous thread going?
There's really no reason to keep making new ones for this subject that pretty much only amuses you and maybe a few others.
It's not like we all don't know the Rovi guide data is crap and have known this for years.
Just the guide data? It's not like we all don't know the Rovi guide data is crap and have known this for years.
You pretty much proved my point, thanks! At first, I was taken aback by your accusation. So I did some research:
12/29/19: This post. (1 reply ... yours!)
10/21/19: A different typo. (1 reply)
9/5/19: A breathless review of a putrid movie. (11 replies)
7/14/19: An incorrect program description ... adjacent to a correct description! (2 replies)
6/20/19: An incorrect description that also embarrassingly defied program genre. (27 replies)
6/8/19: A post about toned-down reviews (a positive post!). (9 replies)
3/17/19: Assigning one-star to a well-reviewed film. (15 replies)
1/27/19: An even more embarrassing snafu due to its being unintentionally apropos. (28 replies)
9/17/16: The initial thread about a bad movie receiving a glowing description. (11 replies ... including yours!)
So less than a post about every other month in 2019. (Oh, the horror.) Most with a decent collection of replies, which colors your description of our collective "amusement" about as accurate as Rovi's program data.
One thing about the post back in 2016: Lo & behold you were there to post a condescending reply that completely missed my intent. So hey, at least you're consistent!
The point is a post every other month isn't awful, no matter what you say.You pretty much proved my point, thanks!
My point is it's a waste and there's zero reason you can't just keep updating your own thread, it's not hard to do, but then you don't get to have that "new thread smell" that so many seem to crave. The point is a post every other month isn't awful, no matter what you say.
(I was tempted to reply with something like "Ok Boomer," but your admirable detente stopped me, so thank you.)Just let her have the last word, there's no need for this to continue. She's not a mod and all she can do is whine about it. You're not breaking any site rules, feel free to post.
I'm pretty sure if a streaming service isn't supported on TiVo, it sure as hell ain't showing up as a viewing option.I don't think a typo on the date of a movie is noteworthy. I see Rovi isn't listing Disney+ as a viewing option. I know tivo doesn't offer a Disney+ app but I still think it should be listed. JMO but that's a bigger issue then the date.

Not quite the same, but it got a laugh out of me. Always watch where you split words!
