Missing Programming Info

I subscribe to Comcast Extended Basic in Belmont, CA, with the San Mateo, CA channel lineup on which the Sci-Fi channel appears on channel 68. I have that channel turned on in my TiVo channel lineup and can receive it just fine, but when I look at the channel lineup an asterkisk appears where the callsign should be. When I try to schedule a program to be recorded by title there is no program info for that channel. The only way I can record anything on that channel is by time or channel number, which is a little inconvenient. Is this a TiVo problem or a Comcast problem?

Check your "channels I recieve" list and make sure it is selected.
