When I first put in my tivo system it would freeze regularly a few min after starting a stream. I also set it up using harmony 650 and 665 remotes. These would turn off my mini voxes (white light off). It would also launch me directly into the guide. A week ago, I switched to the remotes that came with my tivo units in paired mode (yellow light). Since then, I have not frozen at all. Has anyone else had a similar experience. If so, can TiVo_Ted open a ticket at tivo for us. Thanks.
