My remote for my Roamio Pro is looking very worn out.
As I need to replace it anyway, I'm thinking of getting the Lux backlit remote. I'm on the older experience 3 system. I also don't use VOX. I do like the Netflix and Skip buttons.
Will this remote work with my Roamio Pro? I don't think I need the Dongle because not using VOX and I'm on Experience 3?

It should work in IR mode if you don't mind the limitations (range and typically directionality). Roamio Pro uses RF and it's possible Lux is using BLE (Bluetooth) which would require the dongle but not sure if that works with TE3.

Thanks Scott, yes, that is the big question, trying to figure out if RF will work with Experience 3 and BT on the Roamio. It's kind of leaning towards no.
