mfsbackup

Okay, so I tried to backup my directv tivo series2 hard drive using mfstools. At first I got a "backup failed to startup. make sure you specified the right devices, and that the drives are not locked". So, I automatically assumed my drive was locked and ran qunlock on it. Then it still didn't work and I realized two things: 1) I remember seeing the tivo drive as 40gigs in the bios (so it wasn't locked in the first place. 2) The C drive I was trying to backup to was NTFS, not FAT32.

Anyway, now my tivo drive shows up at 9MB no matter what I try. I have tried doing the mfsbackup several times to a FAT32 drive and keep getting the same error (the one above in quotes). Any suggestions?
