I set up a One Pass for this new CBS show last week. The first episode aired this past Monday and did not record. There are new episodes over the next 2 weeks and neither of them are showing up in my To Do list. Everything looks correct in the One Pass settings. Not sure what is going on.

EDIT: I found the problem. The original air date of this show is Feb 2020 so it is not picking up the episodes as "new".

Yes this was a spectrum original that already aired. Like LA's Finest on FOX and Transplant (Canadian show) on NBC. They all have the same issue because already aired. So I set them all to record new and repeats (or all)
