Are both units listed on the same account when you log into "Manage My Account" on TiVo.com?
Is it possible you activated your second TiVo under a separate account instead of logging into your first account and adding it?

Log into "Manage My Account" on the TiVo website.

Media Keys are not listed separately for each unit on the TiVo website, there is one link for "Media Access Key" on the right of the screen when you look at your account overview.
