Message text: The TiVo box has no information about upcoming TV shows & movies. Please connect to the TiVo service now. Until the TiVo box connects successfully, shows will not record.

Unfortunately, the system says it is connecting fine, but no data. I received the message two days ago, and forced a connection that was successful. That should have solved.

I restarted the box tonight and forced another apparently successful connection. No joy.

I was surprised that Tivo support now closes at 5:00 p.m. and no help on their support page.

Suggestions eagerly sought. I can't be the first with this problem...??

I fixed it. The Bolt connects to the router by MOCA. I turned off MOCA, then back on then rebooted router.

Then forced connection another time.

Like previous it said succeeded, but this time it seems to have been true.
