Did anyone else watch this? It was a spin-off from the movie Love, Simon.

I really enjoyed it, and looked forward to each new episode. I think it was a fairly real depiction of how brutal coming out can be. I wished they hadn't gone with the trope of him being interrupted from telling Mia, and then having her find out the hard way. I am glad he took Simon's advice and just told his parents, even though it wasn't a good time.

I think my favorite episode was his trip to NYC to meet Simon. Meeting your "tribe" for the first time, even if you're not entirely ready, is powerful stuff. The way Simon's boyfriend and roommates all came together to help Victor warmed my heart.

I truly hope there will be a season two.

I saw it and I love it. This could be why so many people like it. I'm kind of a trend setter. I think the 30minute episodes are better than some of the long drawn out hour drama shows. I like the pacing of this show.

In the first episode I believe he said he doesn't know who he likes. I was hoping the show would have let him figured out which sex he prefers for just a little bit longer. I guess he "tried" both sexes and prefer men instead of women. It could be very confusing if you're a bisexual. I mean how do you choose? It could be a blessing or a curse. If you labeled yourself a bisexual by definition does that mean you still trying to "figure it out?" How does one decide?

Season 2 is better in every way imaginable, and a lot more realistic. High school juniors and seniors doing things that 17 year old so….be prepared for a very Pg-13 season with a lot of the Disney+ restrictions lifted now that Hulu is in charge.

Conditioned since childhood that you only had to wait from May to September for new episodes of your favorite shows. Yeah, streaming has changed everything, and I've learned to live with it. But I still don't have to like it. Lol

From first episode to first episode, sure. But last to first is only 4 months. And I didn't watch them all in one day. It took me 4 days. Lol

According to an article posted in the cancelled or renewed thread, it has been renewed.

As far as guesses, I think it's Rahim.

Yes to me the choice is obvious. How can you imagine being with someone when you barely know the person. I mean is that what happens in real life?

The heart wants what the heart wants. Those two connected in a way Victor was never able to with Benji. We obviously don't see every moment of their lives on screen, so we don't know how much time Victor and Rahim have actually spent together. But very few highschoolers have any clue who they will actually spend the rest of their lives with, regardless of what they may say, think, or do at the time.

Anyway, it was just a guess. We'll just have to wonder until next season.

It only seems long because they drop them all in the same date. It is one year from start of each season like “regular” shows.
