Lost YouTube and Netflix options

I bought and set up my new TiVo Premier over the 4th of July weekend. Yesterday I was watching YouTube videos which I accessed through “TiVo Central – Find TV, movies, & videos – YouTube.” There was also an option for Netflix which I planned on setting up this evening. However, I lost all of these options, and the menu only lists, “Search” “Browse TV & movies” and “WishList saved searches.” What happened to my options? Am I looking in the wrong place? I checked TiVo’s web site to see how to get YouTube videos, and I seem to be in the right place. Please if someone knows what I’m doing wrong, clue me in! Thanks. RFH

Make sure you go to the TiVo site and enable Transfers and video downloads. Also, double-check your network connection, and check to see if a reboot is pending after a sw update.

I just downloaded a music video with no problem, so my internet connection is working. For some reason, I can't get into the Tivo site to check the enable transfer status. There is currently some kind of site error when I try to go to their website and sign in. I don't know how to check to see if a reboot is pending, but I did find a place to restart the box (which I assume is the same as a reboot). No luck yet.
When you look under Setttings-->Network (don't recall the HDUI specific naming off the top of my head), it should tell you the status of the last update, and whether a reboot is pending.

The TiVo manage page was under maintenance last night, which is why you couldn't log in. Not sure if it was planned or unplanned, but it started kind of late (on the East coast, anyway).
I bet that one of your subsequent updates caused the issue. Go to the Channels screens- there you can select items to show up like netflix and hulu.

Thanks. I went to that screen and Netflix, Blockbuster and Hulu were already checked. None appear on the "Find videos" menu. I have less than a week experience with TiVo, but I know I saw all three of these as well as YouTube in that drop down menu. I did a search and typed in a specific YouTube video that I had seen in the past, and it did appear in the search and I was able to play it, so I know my internet connection is just fine and I can get into YouTube. But I still can't search for videos specifically in YouTube. How is their telephone support? I'm considering giving them a call.

TiVo's phone support has always been helpful for me personally...
I've got the same problem. Let us know if you find a solution.
Happened to me earlier today. Reboot of the TiVo fixed the problem.
The same worked for me. Thanks.
DIddo---I think there was an update and it messed things up temporarily.

Same thing happened to me. Resetting the HDUI fixed it for me (thumbs down, thumbs up, play, play). Much faster than going through a full reset.
