After the last app update, when I went back into the app on my iPad Mini, it went to the initial splash screen, but after about 10 seconds went back to the iPad Mini's home screen. After trying several things with Tivo Support, the decision was made to uninstall/re-istall the app.The Tivo support person said that if I did this, the shows that I had on iPad would still be there after the uninstall/Reinstall process. Guess what, they weren't. The Tivo support staff said they should be there, but the link to them must be broken. However, recovering/re-establishing the link is not within their scope. Has anyone every tried to recover lost shows, or any advice on where to go to find out the process (if there is one)? :(

NB: My wife is not a happy camper.

Go into the settings on the iPad and hit usage then manage usage. Then see how much is listed under the TiVo app. If it's around 100 megabits, your shows are gone. If it's big, then maybe the shows are around somewhere. I can't provide any other help.

The memory usage was very low.
Then the odds are high the recordings are gone. I have one movie on mine and it shows 1 gig.

You may want to explore restoring the iPad from a backup, one that was done before the content was lost. I'm not sure whether a backup captures your downloaded TiVo content, but you might want to look into this.
