The show doesn't come on the air until February. Any (non?)decision they make will change as shows are dumped because of ratings. I wouldn't even bother thinking about this until the time draws near.
2.5 Men and Family Guy are in syndication at 5-6 in the Chicago area, not sure how much time slot matters to networks anymore regarding content.DreadPirateRob said:I would think Lost is, at minimum, a 9PM show, based on content. Not that that networks stick to that adage all that strictly these days.
Unless it conflicts with other Season Passes. Then someone might have a problem. There are several shows I have to watch in reruns because there are more than 2 shows in the same slot I want to watch.jurysch said:Unsurprisingly, I have a TiVo. Thus, I do not care what day of the week it airs. It could air at 2:30am on Sundays for all I care, as long as it shows up in "Now Playing."
Why would you enter a Lost thread if you don't like the show. I guess you never said you don't like the show, but with that suggestion....marksman said:One good way to resolve conflicts involving Lost is to stop watching it.![]()
I have 3 Tivos (4 tuners) and I do care when it is on - at least as far as chosing which Tivo to use for the SP to avoid conflictsjurysch said:Unsurprisingly, I have a TiVo. Not to mention that if you follow the Lost threads here at TCF, you'd better watch it the day it airs or you'll never catch up to the thread.appleye1 said:I hate it when shows cluster around certain days. You end up with days where there's nothing to watch.
I know that with Tivo I could just spread out my viewing over the week, but if I like a show I have a hard time "leaving it in the can" for any length of time!
Not really sure what you're asking. 2.5 Men and Family Guy are decidedly adult shows, yet WGN has decided that running them from 6-7 (I had the time wrong) is acceptable. In the past networks tried to keep the more adult shows later in the night, but as Rob mentioned that seem to be less and less common.DevdogAZ said:Are you implying that these shows have content that wouldn't be appropriate an hour earlier? I don't buy that at all.
The OP I'm Sure has a TiVo also, but mentioned he had conflicts.jurysch said:Unsurprisingly, I have a TiVo. Thus, I do not care what day of the week it airs. It could air at 2:30am on Sundays for all I care, as long as it shows up in "Now Playing."
Since Dancing and Lost are both on ABC...you shouldn't have a problem.jlb said:I currently am recording Prison Break and Dancing with the Stars. I guess we would give up Dancing (though I would have to push my wife hard on this since she doesn't watch Lost).
Though, as said above, things will change and I won't worry about it yet.

Jack may be the biggest HD loser as I think I would keep Lost and Heroes on my HD DVR and then move 24 to the SD Tivo.Sirius Black said:As long as it doesn't conflict with Heroes and 24, I'm not sure this is such a big deal. If it does, Jack Bauer is the biggest loser.
