I seem to be getting this error multiple times a day . I have rebooted multiple times but it’s not getting better

anyone have any suggestions to fix this?

Please tell us who your cable provider is and what city/town are you in.

Periodically, I've been getting "No signal" on programs that are scheduled but not recorded for five months. My provider is Cox in Las Vegas, Nv.
