Lost all digital signal after 9.1 on THD

I was having some issues with some analog channels (4-20) since I had the THD. A reboot usually brought the channels back for a couple of days. I've sort of learned to live with it, but after the 9.1 upgrade, I cannot get any signal fro my digital signals. Thus no channels at all (over 100). These were never an issue before this update. Anybody else having this issue?

I have a S3 without any issues, but doesn't have the 9.1 update. I have SA cards and Time Warner Cable.
