I've been having an issue with the Bolt getting specific channels that are in the 1200's like USA for example. What's been happening is the channel works fine but screens goes black for a few seconds and then back on. It's just enough time for the Tivo to stop recording.
Tech came out a week ago, said he did not have cable card or tuning adapter in stock. Fortunately I was able to get replacements from local Cleveland area store. That seemed to work for a few days and then same problem persists.
Spectrum technician came out for 2nd time on Tuesday. He replaced all of the connections and the coax cables. Said everything looks good.
This morning I see the same problem. Getting V66 error saying Tivo unable to display channels. It quickly goes away though.
Of course, I have 2nd Bolt in my home which works fine without any of these issues.
I am not sure what to do at this point. It's only a very small number of channels that range from 1201 to 1209 at least from what I can tell. Does anyone have any suggestions?
During both Spectrum, they said they don't see cable cards very often anymore and they are no longer required to support them.
Please help. Thanks.
