I have Bolt from 2017 with lifetime membership, and it worked fine on Friday, but on Saturday, every channel from Xfinity was black and silent with error V58. A tech has just tried to change the splitter and the cables in my house but signal is strong (every channel I test for strength has 94 or 95). The Xfinity people on the phone have send "hits" to the TiVo box but that does not change anything.
Our internet still works and we can view Netflix, Hulu, etc over the TiVo Bolt just fine. But no live tv channels show up, neither standard def nor high def.
Any suggestions as to what went wrong?
I have tried replacing the CableCARD but now with the new cablecard I get an Error 161-1 that keeps popping up, and even though I have seated the card properly TiVo says no card detected.
