New show from Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant it is a faux documentary on the life of dwarf Warwick Davis

Season is airing in UK first then will show here on BBC America in January I think.

Clip from first show, Liam Neeson wants to do comedy:

I have seen all of episode 1 and so far it is very funny.

Very awkward.

Does anybody do awkward as well as Ricky Gervaise?
I've watched the first 3 so far and am enjoying it. Not as good as the Office or Extras, but better than most stuff on TV.

My wife laughed hysterically at the passive aggressive way that Johnny Depp tips over the bowl of fruit in episode 2.
Are spoilers allowed in here? Just in case:

I was cracking up when Warwick tried to crawl through the pet door. :)
Just watched the first episode last night. This is absolutely brilliant. Every second more brilliant than the one before. I just hope this is not another short series like previous Jervais projects.

Once the "grocer" said he was out because he had AIDS, I fell out of my chair laughing. I never laugh out loud when watching TV by myself!

Season one has 7 episodes.
I have set a season pass for this show on Comcast in Chicago. Tivo will NOT record it. I don't understand. I have it set for new episodes only - maybe since it already aired in the UK it doesn't count it as new?
Check the OAD in the program information...

Questions like this are usually dealt with in the Season Pass Alert Forum. For this issue see the thread entitled "Life's Too Short--'First Run Only' fails"
thanks. I didn't think there would be another thread on this small show.
We've watched and loved the first two episodes. Warwick in the de-stuffed teddy bear costume was sidesplitting, but there have been other brilliant moments, like Liam Neeson, Standup Comedian.
I will never delete the second episode from my DVR. The dance scene with Depp is the funniest scene I can ever remember. I could not stop laughing. This is 2 episodes in a row where I burst out laughing watching TV all by myself.
It just keeps getting better, folks. I saw the entire run on BBC.
When the assistant said "wait, are you an adult?" I lost it! I've only seen the first 2 episodes, but this stuff is brilliant. I also liked the comment about why is it that Ricky gets away with never changing his accent!
I've seen the first three episodes, and I can't remember the last time I've laughed so hard. I might like this more than Extras even.

Warwick is great. He's not making fun of little people, but at the same time he is not afraid to look ridiculous either.

And of course Liam Neeson and Johnny Depp were hilarious too. Who knew Liam was so good at improv?
Don't know why, but when his scenes were cut in that news segment I was LMAO!

and they always cut it a split second too late so you can see him open his mouth to talk and THEN it was cut.

I could not wait any longer, I downloaded the season from TVTorrents. Unfortunately, MKV2VOB keeps crashing converting the last 2 eps. So now I've watched up to episode 5 and will be stuck for weeks until I see the last 2.

It does get better and funnier. I know I've said it before but this show is BRILLIANT.
OK, I've set a SP for this show based on your comments.

Question: do they episodes need to be watched in order?
I would say you can watch them in any order. I just watched the Helena Bonham Carter episode. My favorite line was "He's not even a proper dwarf. The arms are wrong". And what about his dog that is about 4 times bigger than he is?
