I noticed recently that my kmttg install is not getting season and episode info from most shows on my TiVos. Is this an issue with kmttg or an issue with my Bolts and Roamios?

Yes I do.

kmttg is getting the NPL and is downloading shows automatically. But 95% of the recently recorded shows have no season and episode info. So the ts or mpg file it creates does not have that info either.

No idea what happened. Unless this also relates to the recent issue with having too many tivos on an account?

EDIT: It's more like 80% of the recent recordings with the issue.

For instance a recent one is my Survivor recordings. It has the season and episode info from the first episode last week. But the episode from this week is missing that info.

So to get plex to properly place the episode I need to manually add the season and episode info into the file name.

EDIT: I just realized even that first survivor episode is wrong. It was showing Season 4 but it's really season 41.

Two weeks ago I sent a lineup form to TiVo for wrong season on The Tonight Show. Their fix: removed season & episode numbers.
Last week I sent a lineup form to TiVo for the wrong season on The Late Show. Their fix: removed season & episode numbers.

See the pattern? The Late Late Show is wrong. But I won't tell.

My recent recording of Survivor had season & episode information:

Make sure your tivo username & password are configured correctly in kmttg too. If you have multiple Tivos, the RPC enable option is configured on a per Tivo basis.

The quality of Tivo metadata is declining. The CW network is wrong more times than it's right for primetime season & episode information. Most of the other networks in primetime have had correct metadata for me during primetime for the new fall season. I do expect the quality to decline as Tivo misses new episodes and their episode numbers diverge. I have given up reporting lineup errors to Tivo.
