I won't go through all my other frustrations with my TiVoHD, which are discussed all over the forum, but I would like some help/advice about the problem with KidZone on the TiVoHD.
When my kids are watching live TV with KidZone active, many shows that are permitted in KidZone (confirmed in the info banner that says it's allowed in KidZone) still either get blocked entirely (with the screen saying unavailable in KidZone) or, even more commonly, the show can be seen most of the time but the KidZone screen pops up and blocks the show for a minute or so several times during each half hour, then goes away and the show is visible again.
I'll contact TiVo support, but since this forum is so much more likely to yield useful answers, I'm trying here. Thanks.
