Did that feel odd to you? I feel like this isn't on the level.
Comedy writers cannot come up with storylines with the wife, but removing her (and adding LR) will give them storyline ideas? I'm a fan of Leah, so I'm not dogging her. But this just feels like they are giving us a line of bs and I can't even imagine why. Maybe I'm wrong. It's just the vibe I'm getting.

I’m seeing Kevin James all over the place now with his new Netflix show dropping on Monday. I’m a fan and I enjoyed KofQ but Kevin Can Wait was terrible from the start. I wanted to like it, I tried to like it but it was bad. Both seasons. With wife and with dead wife.

I don't know if there was a personal problem, but the K0fQ chemistry was not recreated in KCW in season 1 or season 2. That was the real reason for the cast change then cancellation after season 2. Leah Remini and Kevin James were great in KofQ, but the supporting cast was outstanding. Maybe if they could have gotten the rest back for season 3...?
