I have not been able to log in for the last two days! I keep getting authentication errors when I put in a valid email and password.

When it offers to reset my password, I get this error message:

Sorry, but we encountered an error while processing your request. Please try again later.

BTW... This happened at work *and* at home. And on different types of browsers!

Uh oh. If you can't log in to MMA at all, it could be a problem with your account.

I had a problem like that a month or so back. Took Tivo about two weeks to fix my account. Not fun. Finding someone who would actually do something other than try to reset my password was not fun.

Never learned what caused the original error, but they did fix it.

Great! :mad: Thanks for the info... I sent an email but have yet to hear back...
