So... I got the 4 dots of death on my Bolt +. TiVo is sending me a replacement, but not only do I not have the content backed up, I don't even have a current list of SPs or my Wish Lists saved anywhere.

Is there any way at all to access these once more? I have it plugged into the network, but neither TiVo Online, kmttg or the phone app can "see" the box.

I do have to send the box back to TiVo so I can't do anything not allowed, but if I could just see the menus one more time... :( :(

I am not a technical genius but I can follow clear directions... thanks for any help.

A dead drive is a dead drive and the data is lost. You should be able to go to online.tivo.com and get the pass manager to list your passes.
The Bolt does not need to be hooked up as these should still be there since it last connected.
The shows and other things are gone. Data there is encoded and cannot be retrieved by other means.

Nope. It says it can't connect with the Bolt, which has been online constantly and getting guide updates until today.

Did you try login to online.tivo.com and go to "manager" near the top.

Yes. I pick the Bolt and it says:

>There is a problem communicating with this TiVo box. Make sure your box is connected to your home network, then try again.

It's powered on (with the lights blinking) and plugged into my network.

Its not operational so it cannot connect. Just powered on does not mean its operational.
