Is there a way to fast forward through Tivo2Go shows?

My understanding is that using Toast 8 on OS X you can fast forward and rewind through shows transfered from your Tivo. But on Windows, I've never been able to do that. The best I can do is just drag the slider bar around and sort of guess where to drop it.

This happens in any playback program I've tried (and normally I use WMP 11), and it happens with either MPEG2 codec I've used (a PowerDVD one and I think a WinDVD one).

Anyone know if this is somehow possible on Windows?
