Press Menu on the remote control.
Move to Help & Settings in the menu. Press Select to select Help & Settings.
Move to Setup in the menu. Press Select to select Setup.
Info & Test will be highlighted in the new menu. Press Select to bring up Information screen. Look at top of the list there.
Manufacturer is the number that follws the '-' in the model number. Model number is the receiver type.
After confirming information press the Back button until you exit the menu completely.

Open the little door that is located on the lower-right corner on the front. There's a sticker that gives the serial number and model number.

It's more likely to be an HR20-100 nowadays. The sticker behind the door on the front panel will tell you.
