iPad/iPhone app "Manage"->"ToDo list" broken after 20.2

Ever since my Premiere upgrade to 20.2 (which I love btw), when I select to "Manage" my "Todo list" using my iPad or iPhone, the resulting screen just flashes, seemingly trying to update the display. All other iPad/iPhone app functions seem just fine, including "Manage" "Season Passes", so it's just the Todo list that is broken. Anyone else seeing this?

Same for me too. I opened an issue, but haven't followed their steps yet...they sound generic, but now that I hear the app is working for others I guess I'll try it.

iPhone app = broken
Android app = fine

Thank you for contacting TiVo Customer Support. I would be glad to help you with your iPhone application.

First, please go to TiVo Central > Settings and Messages > Settings > Remote Control, CableCARD, and Devices > Network Remote Control. For the moment, we will want to disable the Network Remote.

Next, power cycle the TiVo box. To do this please unplug the TiVo box’s power cable from the outlet it is connected to. Wait about 30 seconds and then reconnect the power cable. From there you should see the ‘Welcome’ screens and it will take 10 to 15 minutes for the TiVo box to power back on completely.

Once the TiVo box has powered back on, go back to Settings and Messages > Settings > Remote Control, CableCARD, and Devices > Network Remote Control and enable the Network Remote option.

After completing this, force a connection to the TiVo Service. To manually initiate a connection to the TiVo service, go to TiVo Central and select Messages & Settings > Settings > Network & Phone > Connect to the TiVo service now.

Finally, please test the iPhone application to determine if you are able to access all features once more!
Disable network remotes/power cycle/enable network remotes worked!
